Apart from setting it in Elated Options > Header you need to set it in the back-end of that page, so please go to back-end of that page, scroll down to Elated Header section and there set Header Background transparency to 0 and also set some color ( it won't be visible but still set it ) https://www.screencast.com/t/8DSHDDQ47Knt .
If you still struggle with this please provide us WP Admin access with credentials ( as private response ) and info on which page you want to apply this setting and we will gladly do it for you.

I would like to make my header (logo and menu) transparant (both the options set to 0). But the slider isn't behind the menu.
What option did i miss?
