I know ive asked the same question a couple times, but i still have not gotten a response and have asked the question a couple days in a row, yet i see help going towards every other ticket.
I am using the interactive text shortcode for my homepage and wanted to know if:
Is there a way to change the sizing of the text as well as the font type and styles for this shortcode? I have a problem with long words creating a 4th row.thank you

Is there a way to change the background behind the interactive text? Instead of a default black page, can I have a background video? I am not referring to the images that appear when hovering over the interactive text but just the default background.
Yes, you can change main background by changing background of the row containing that element. Just navigate to the back-end of that page, obtain row that contains Interactive element, open it's settings and switch to Design Tab and there set desired background https://www.screencast.com/t/TUxQv1dZt . Also, you can set desired Video Background to that row https://www.screencast.com/t/IXsLg2dhpzf but it will override effect of the changing background images when hovering over interactive text items.
