The mobile view of my website Home page shows a large space between the logo and the top picture. When I click on the menu icon, the menu fills this space, but when the menu goes away the space remains. I would like to remove this space, or at least put something in it.

How do I remove the extra space?

    Thanks, Mike

    Hello,

We have just checked this on your site and it seems like there is some "Extra space" element, as you can see in the following screenshot

Just go to edit that page and then remove that element. if the problem persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials (in Private Reply) so we could inspect this and try to fix as soon as possible!

    Hi Mike,

Thank you for credentials. they really helped us track down the issue.

So the spacing exists because of the padding added to the content of that page in the back-end of the page. Once we have entered 0 there https://www.screencast.com/t/glHtKD8pfy2J ( in the back-end of the page ) there is no spacing anymore in mobile https://www.screencast.com/t/depl9WET54d and full width resolutions https://www.screencast.com/t/gf5F83m9 .

If you do not want to have menu-image overlap please just disable Menu Area transparency in the back-end of that page in Header Section by typing 1 instead of 0 in Transparency field  https://www.screencast.com/t/m7ocq6zwXT0 and setting desired background color of the menu.

Please let us know if this solution satisfies your intentions and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.
