It can be changed to desired layout using minor modification in theme files. Just open file wp-content\themes\savory\framework\modules\shortcodes\restaurant-menu\templates\item-template.php and there obtain two marked code lines from next screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/gG5QahDo and just alternate those two rows, so they look like this https://www.screencast.com/t/ToVWu11C and on the front-end it sill be applied as https://www.screencast.com/t/1biJ9f9fbqMy .
