Dear Sir, looks like your theme is not compatiblewith with WP Support Plus plugin. can you recommend which support ticket system I can use with your theme? or where can I buy your ticket system theme?
Also, it is not compatible with new version of Woocommerce plugin, the header images is not working on single product page anymore. When i try to upload it, it cannot save.
1) Unfortunately, we have not tested that particular plugin and we can not guarantee it's compatibility with theme. Also, we have not tested any of the plugin for such functionality so we can not recommend you any of them since we can not guarantee it's compatibility with theme.
2) Our theme is not yet fully compatible with latest WooCommerce ( 3.1.1 ) and the latest version of WooCommerce with which theme ids fully compatible is 2.6.14 so please try to use that version ( you can download int from this link https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ at the bottom of the page https://www.screencast.com/t/Qsqz9r4zAXk ) until we release theme update to cover that compatibility. Theme update will be released soon.
