I have made numerous attempts to download your demo data, but it never progresses past 10% completion. I know it is not a fault of my internet (download speed of 119mbps/upload of 91mbps) but don't know what to do about this.

If you still struggle with demo import, please provide us WP Admin access with credentials so we can try to import it for you.

I don't know why this ticket is closed as none of your solutions worked. I had to uninstall and reinstall wordpress since I just could not make this theme work on a multi-site.
