Those settings are not applying on your page since that setting can be set for each page separately. So if such setting is set for page that overrides setting set in Elated options > Header. So, just go to back-end of the page that is not applying this setting and scroll down to Elated Header section and there set desired Header Type and Header skin https://www.screencast.com/t/dNSN3ZokBHJK or set it to be default so it applies setting set in Elated Options > Header section.

I have few options of header styles. Its not working. Dark and light styles are not working too.
