We linked an Instagram account to test the site. We want to that account a link a new one. We sign out the previous account in the browser and signed in the new account. We tried to link the new account but the previous account still appears. Please help us giving us the instructions to achieve want we want.
We are sorry for delay, there were some issues with ticksy recently.
If you have access to your database, please open wp_options table. Inside the table find 3 rows, first with option_name: eltd_instagram_code, second with option_name: eltd_instgram_access_token and third with option_name: eltd_instagram_user_id: https://www.screencast.com/t/3vXAD9vOPJ5 , just reset (clear ) content of three mentioned rows.
If you don't have access to your site's database, please ask your hosting to do it for you. When you clear that 3 fields, you will be able to login with your Instagram account, as first time.
Also, if you can, provide us access to your site's database and we can do it for you, or provide us WordPress admin access so we can try to do it via plugin.
Please let us know if this solved the issue and if there is anything else we can do for you.
Thanks.

We have access to our site. We went to the wp_options table but we couldn't find the 3 tables your are talking about. We also tried deactivating and activating back the elated instagram plugin to see if this action would create the 3 tables you say exist.
Please, let us know what other workaround can we do to solve this.

Hello in this message we add two screenshots with this message. We don't have the tables you are pointing.
Please let us know how can we fix this. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,
You need to check the box Show All rows, like we did here, and then try to find 'instagram' within wp_options table.
