After setting a featured image for post, when post is displayed on the carousel, image is not loaded. It looks like on the screen attached.

It happened two times so far. I usually use nextgen gallery, but when I upload the picture through media library it wont work anyway. I delete picture, upload again etc- tried to do everything posssible. No effect. What is the reason? How to solve that?

It is currently on the carousel on the blog so you can see it.

    Thanks,

    Joanna

    Hi Joanna,

nextgen gallery is not our theme feature so you should contact plugin author regarding that but as we can see, image which is missing cannot be accessed or it does not exist. Try by yourself by visiting image link:

The picture that is displayed on the carousel is also displayed as a main picture for the post. It works for all, but two images, even when I add them as a normal media .

    1st example:

    picture http://forkaround.pl/wp-content/uploads/ngg_featured/wi-taj-restauracja-wietnamska-warszawa-15.JPG

    from post http://forkaround.pl/index.php/2017/08/22/wi-taj-warszawa/

is displayed in the post, as a main picture. only not in the carousel. It is added as standard wordpress media library (no nextgen).

    2nd example

    picture http://forkaround.pl/wp-content/uploads/ngg_featured/genesis-restauracja-warszawa-przystawki-5.JPG

    from post http://forkaround.pl/index.php/2017/08/19/restauracja-genesis-warszawa/

has the same problem what in 1st example. But the link I got (by choosing featured image in the media gallery and - screen enclosed). The link is different than the one you send. So maybe we find an issue? How to make the corousel to display the picture I want?

Iif the problem persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials so we could inspect this and try to fix as soon as possible!

Just be more specific about this issue. Some screenshots can be helpful, as well.

    Hello again,

We have inspected your site once again, and we are sorry for misunderstanding in our previous answer. After inspecting your site once again we have noticed that your images that you have uploaded are with extension .JPG ( capital letters ) and it should be .jpg, please check next screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/hMUazOgpNDi and once we force it to have .jpg extension it is displayed properly. Just please check images that you have uploaded and make sure that all of them have .jpg extension.

Please let us know if this solved the issue and once again sorry for misunderstanding in our previous answer.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.
