    Hello!

    I got one problem. The template had three elements holder item [see image1 - ignore content], so I needed one more and thus added one more, but the problem is that, now it shows some white space that mess up with the display above and below the first and fourth (from left to right) elements holder items [see image2], and actually, the problem is that I can't find where can I correct that.

    Can you help me?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for credentials.

    Unfortunately we wanted to inspect your site and each change that we want to make inside your Visual Composer can not be updated to apply on the front-end. Once we click update page keeps loading and Visual Composer is not enabled in the back-end https://www.screencast.com/t/UyFBbI8g so can you please try to investigate this with your server in order to increase server PHP resources to at least these:

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M  max_input_vars = 3000

    Even when we tried disabling all third party plugins it still does not finish loading of the page. Also, we have noticed that you have replicated our elements holder from your home page but it is in 3 Columns and please try setting it to be 4 Columns in Elements Holder settings https://www.screencast.com/t/kTAdkch1 . 

    Please let us know when this issue is solved by your server side, since no pages can be updated, so we can further assist you if setting number of columns does not help.

    Hi there!

    I talked to my server support, they told everything was fixed, the only thing was that they told me that the post_max_size was set to 128M because there was a limit to my account, but they told me that it shouldn't be a problem.

    Hi,

    We've just inspected your resources.

    max_execution_time = 300 is not fine too, it is 120, but it shouldn't impact your case that much. This problem happens when server is not capable of handling heavy JS based plugins like Visual Composer, especially with some high end theme like ours. If you install our theme locally, using XAMPP for example, you will see that it works just fine. 

    What we may try is to turn of some font family that you're not planning to use like Font Awesome or Font Elegant, that usually solves the problem. Just tell us which one you want to eliminate. Also, make sure FTP credentials are still fine so we can access your server via FTP client.

    Also, shared hostings are not always great solution for high end themes, so you may also consider changing hosting provider, since our theme works just fine on various servers worldwide.

    Ok, I see the error was kinda fixed. But I still see a yellow bar above and below the "Karne Garibaldi" box (see image1). I didn't get all that about the font awesome or font elegant, I don't see those fonts in the page. If you think that eliminating a font will fix the yellow bar problem, you may eliminate whatever font you want, except those that appear in the page (for example, don't eliminate those that appear in the image I sent you).

    Hi,

    The mentioned fix was related to problem with Visual Composer and inability to save changes on the page. When it comes to font families, you can see them when you add Icon element and try to choose icons from various font families we've included in theme. When we disable them, VC requires less resources that is why we suggested that. Now we see everything is fine so no need for that.

    When it comes to background, it is inside your elements holder https://www.screencast.com/t/SnEgx8DaTo We've set it to white now. You can set another color if you wish.

    Okay, I noticed you tried to enter https://productosaviles.com/inicio-prueba/, and /inicio-prueba/ doesn't exist anymore, because I changed it as the front page: https://productosaviles.com .

    Maybe that was the problem haha. If not, I checked with my hosting server, and they said everything was working fine. Sometimes I have such error, and I just close my chrome completely, and open it again, so the page starts to run fine again.

    Maybe if you refresh it or do the same thing I did, or open it in another browser you may enter.

    Hi,

    We thought that the only problem has been yellow background, so generally, the problem is white space that appears so elements holder items are not same sized?

    If so, this happens because of the padding you have on each portfolio item and could be found here
