I made translation but there are inly part of items that have russian translate. When there are comments - the word comment is комментарии, and why if there is no comments this word still in english? See it here: http://xn--24-glctoodde.xn--p1ai/wordpress/
And where in blog input for short text of the post?
I made translate in files:
- wp-content/languages,
- wp-content/themes/creator/languages.
2. Why when I delete some posts - some activities disappeares: testimonials and blog-slider? May be there are main posts that cant be deleted?
Blog list or portfolio list cannot read VC shortcodes and because of that we implemented Excerpt field for each blog single, portfolio single, page etc.
You just need to go in your back-end >> Posts >> Each post >> And below text editor or visual composer, you can find Excerpt field, just add here what ever you want to display for that post on Blog List.
2. Could you please be more specific about this issue? Some screenshots can be helpful, as well.

1. Theme labels can be changed or translated to your language with some plugin for translation such as Loco translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and here is beginners guide https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners
