My menu does not appear on mobile devices. I looked in the elated ticksy for help, but I could not find anything labeled MOBILE anywhere in the Appearance>Menus panel.
Just go to Appearance >> Menus >> select some desired menu or create a new one >> add Menu Items >> and then just navigate to Menu settings and check the box >> Main Navigation.
Note that all these menu items will be shown in Main menu and Mobile menu.

Sorry for misunderstanding, we didn't notice that you are using Menu type Expanding tiles.
There is an issue with previewing mobile header if the full screen header is set to be Expanding Tiles ( which is actually set for that particular page ) and solution is to open file wp-content\themes\diorama\framework\modules\header\templates\types\header-expanding-menu.php and there change 48th line of code as shown in next screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/ldSGvkn4gZG , or simply download attached file and change existing file in folder wp-content\themes\diorama\framework\modules\header\templates\types\ .
Please do as instructed and let us know if this solved the issue. If you still experience the issue or you are not comfortable with doing this please provide us FTP access so we can do that for you.
Thanks.

Hi there,
The menu is set to Main Navigation. It shows up on a computer browser, just not on mobile.
