You can add desired search functionality to your mobile menu by navigating to Appearance > Widgets and there just include WooCommerce Product Search widget ( from the list of widgets on the left ) in Right From Mobile Logo widget area as shown in next screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/EsR2afRteo .
