Can you please more precise what is the issue. Are you having only shortcodes displayed in the back-end of each page without Visual Composer there to display elements? If that's the case than the issue is server related since it does not have enough server resources to handle all Visual Composer's request. Solution to the issue can be to increase those server resources to some recommended values like:

max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;
max_input_vars = 3000;

so please contact your server in order to do that. If this does not help, please let us know and provide us FTP access so we can disable some Iconic fonts in order to reduce Visual Composer's request so it can be enable for the back-end of the page.

Hi,

The problem you experience is server related and happens when servers can't handle high end themes like ours especially in conjunction with some heavy JS based plugins like Visual Composer. You can talk to your hosting provider on this issue and also consider changing hosting plan in case nothing could be done, since shared hostings are not always greatest solution for high end themes. 

Also, you can try installing theme and importing demo content on your local server (e.g using XAMPP) and you will see that it works without problems.

Can you please provide us WordPress admin access and FTP access as well so we can inspect the issue closer and possibly solve it by removing certain iconic fonts if that is the issue. 

Our themes are build for WordPress, for WordPress.org installation on your server, so you should use it like that.
