We have included pagination only for pages that will be assigned as Shop Page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display https://www.screencast.com/t/OqbBaF7Da5I and for all the rest of the pages that are not set as default shop page there is no pagination functionality with it.
So we recommend you to make a blank page and set it as shop page and you will get pagination. Also, you can set desired settings for such page in Elated Options > WooCommerce https://www.screencast.com/t/qGlmDE9CULXL .
We hope this is not a big problem for you, since such page will have same layout as any other shop page that you build using Products List element with same hover effect and functionalities.

Not using the default shop page, so how to put pagination for current shop page?
