And thanks for the explanation. With fixed header type, header will be fixed, and to stop it to be fixed - to scroll with a page, apply custom css code below from Elated options > General > custom CSS field:

1. To disable sticky, go to Elated Options > Header and set it to fixed https://www.screencast.com/t/REtKuMrp
2. Mentioned options in the header are widgets and you can delete them here https://www.screencast.com/t/ceSp7kN13GI
