    See the attached screenshot of the cart page viewed with an iphone 7plus in portrait. It works when in landscape but while viewed in standard portrait view the cart item box is not totally responsive. The cart contents get cut off. See pic

    I also had that other ticket awaiting credentials.

    My only issues with this gorgeous theme are:

    1. Cart page responsiveness (below)

    2. Need product images to link to product pages. I removed the add to cart overlay because confusing. See this:

    Can we add a link to the product image also after using the css fix I found that you shared on another ticket? I find the add to cart overlay was a bit confusing to my site testers because they expected to be taken to the product page when clicking and instead they sit there wondering what just happened. Often, in other themes, they make good use of this buy having a PLUS ICON and a Magnifier ICON that allows for either add to cart or click for product page. Why did you omit the link to the product page and leave only an add to cart plus icon that is not descriptive? It surprises people who click to learn more about a product only for it to be added to the cart instead. Could you perhaps add a second icon (magnifying glass) that shows when rollover next to plus "add to cart" icon that will link to product page? This seems common practice on other themes. In the meantime I have removed the overlay using the code below but would also like for the image to link to the product page. Can you assist with this please? Thank you in advance :)

    I very much like being able to allow people to add to cart from the shop page and home etc but without an additional icon for "See product" it is to confusing to work well.

    3. Would like to remove the drop down sorting box for shop.

    Hi wormwoody ,

    1) Cart page: Go to Elated options >> General, scroll down and inside Custom CSS field paste following code:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px){
    form.woocommerce-cart-form {
        margin-left:-35px;
    }
    .eltd-woocommerce-page table.shop_table .cart_item td{
        padding:0px;
    } .product-name a,span.product-price,span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount{
        font-size:10px !important;
    }
    }

    2) Such option, unfortunately, does not exist within our theme, we are sorry. Achieving this would require custom codding and due to lrge number of tickets we are not in position to accept any custom work. Hope you understand. Title of product will redirect you ti single products

    3) Go to Elated options >> General, scroll down and inside Custom CSS field paste following code:

    span.select2-selection.select2-selection--single {
        display:none !important;
    }

    Kind regards

    Thank you for your assistance!

    For #2 I received a different response in another thread where it said your updated Theme allows for the click to product page from the image and only adds to cart if the plus icon is clicked. I guess you've fixed the issue where the whole image click adds to cart? How do I implement this fix?

    Hello again,

    2) For now this is only option, so it will require some Custom Coding and for the future we will forward your message to our dev team and if we encounter more several request maybe we include such functionality in one of our next updates, we have not said that it will be implemented for sure, only if it is approved by our dev team and project manager.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    Hi Elated Team,

    This should not be considered a custom work fix. It's pretty simple really. This is a FLAW in an otherwise real nice theme. User Interface and experience is paramount and very important. I am very happy with your theme but this FLAW is unacceptable. When a user we pay to obtain thru marketing visits our new site we are trying to also sell them products. If they see a product that interests them they will try to click the product photo to learn more and make a purchase. You have omitted this important element that is standard in eCommerce. Your theme seemed perfect until now. This flaw will drastically interfere with our conversions. This is unacceptable.
    The overlay was simple to remove but this still doesn't provide the basic fundamental click to view the product. All we need is for the product photos to link to the product pages. How on earth can you ignore this? Myself and my client were very happy with the theme and about ready to launch the website after a few months of development only to encounter this snafu ere at the end and your team's reluctance to assist and REMEDY THIS FLAW.
    Its sort of absurd to think its acceptable to tell me that the title is the only way to link to the product page and to try and leave it at that or up to some future update. My 5 star rating for you is slipping fast now. A product on display needs to link to the product page. Its really that simple. If your team overlooked this then its on you to remedy this flaw. Please try harder.

    Hi,

    The theme has been designed this way and adding additional feature would require custom codding which we're unable to perform since we have to primarily focus on providing support to our clients and this is also according to Envato rules. The fix would probably appear in new theme update but our management needs to approve it.

    In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

    If there is anything else we can help you with, we're will to assist you!

    Best regards!
