    What is this prison bar looking loading thing behind my title area photo?  I do not want it. It makes the page load and look like its a jail with animated diagonal lines and this grey area that appears before the photo loads. Its really unattractive. How do I remove it?

    Hi,

    This is pre-load pattern you can set in Elated Options > General https://www.screencast.com/t/3K6nXcjk2H If nothing was set it will display default image. You can place some white image if you want it to look like nothing has been set.
