Can you please be more precise what you try to achieve? If you want to change Footer and Header content that can be changed. For Footer content please navigate to Appearance > Widgets and there customize content of the Footer Widget areas and just change content of the widgets inside them https://www.screencast.com/t/Mz02sQaue .
To change Header content, you need to change Menus in Appearance > Menus and there create your own menus https://www.screencast.com/t/0eBwjIWVJ or just edit existing menus. Also, you can change content of Header widget ares in Appearance > Widgets and there find Header related widget areas https://www.screencast.com/t/Jkv6FJKfd .
