This is very strange issue, since when our theme is installed in your WordPress, all default WooCommerce styles will be applied for your shop pages, since it will overwrite default WooCommerce templates.
Can you please check whether you have installed theme properly, check whether theme styles are applying on the other post types, like pages, post, portfolios. Also, it might be that there are some heavy server caching that is preventing new theme to be applied. Please check that with your server hosting. Also, please make sure to disable all third party plugins, all of them that are not included with theme, only leave basic ones.
Than we can suggest you to delete current version of WooCommerce and install latest version, but before doing that please make site back-up version so you can revert changes if they do not help.
Also, you can try to, after making site back-up, delete all content from your server and make a fresh new installation of WordPress and than instill our theme test shop functionality again to see that our theme styling are applied on the sample product that you will create.
