    Hi there!

    I tried to add 3 times a png of 600x600 px dimensions of 71 kb size in a Elated Image Gallery widget and it doesn't allow me, showing me just an http error message (see image1).


    What is going on? What can I do to add that image?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for writing in.

    Such issue is usually related to low server PHP recourse, precisely memory_limit or upload_max_filesize, so please contact your server in order to increase those values as some recommended values like these:

    max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;
max_input_vars = 3000;

    Please let us know if changing of the server PHP resources solved the issue and if there is anything else we can do for you.
