When a user registers and creates an account we dont see how that user can claim a listing. The listing is added by admin via the admin panel. The new user sees this listing and attempts to claim it. The user sees a popup message that says'Please contact Us to claim this listing.'
1. How do we assign this listing to the user requesting it? It seems a person can only purchase an account if they create a listing. If they can only have 1 free listing in the FREE package then they are unable to claim an existing listing. This is a problem..
2. How do we check what package the user has purchased?
3. If the package expires (ie: after 90 days) how does a user reactivate their account or pay for a new one and keep their listing alive?
Please help here as we are gaining listings and we cant see how to manage this in the future. Our business relies on this and if the theme is limited in this way we are forced to redevelop this which is not what we expected when purchasing this theme.
