Sometimes this happens because some plugin have conflict with our ajax animation and because of that you need to reload page. You have two solutions to fix this issue, first is to disable our ajax animation globally in your admin under Elated Options -> Page transition -> No animation. Second solution is to disable our ajax animation only for that page, to do that just go in your admin Pages -> That page -> Elated General -> Page transition -> No animation.
If the problem persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials (in Private Reply) so we could inspect this and try to fix as soon as possible!

there is probably a bug for safari 11.0 (11604.1.38.1.7) : by going on any page. and pushing back the page appears as blank.
