Hi, i bought this theme recently and unfortunately forgot to test how it works on mobile. I was very disappointed to see that it is almost unusable. Very buggy.
On your demo site on Safari, say for example /shop/two-columns-grid/ , the Add to Cart button does nothing. And also, there isn't even a cart button visible to see if the cart was updated. Don't you think it would be a good idea to have a Cart icon visible on your mobile demo site?
Now on my own site, when I tap "Add to Cart" on any items in the Shop views, the entire page reloads and the cart total is incorrect, sometimes it says Cart is Currently empty too. This is pretty unacceptable design....the entire page should not reload and send the user to the top of the screen.
When I finally get some items in the cart, when I tap the cart/shopping bag icon, it actually takes me to my cart. Why? Why would it just not show the cart dropdown interface instead of removing me from the page I was on? http://woocommerce-122450-349867.cloudwaysapps.com
I was using Chrome and Safari on an iPhone 6.
I have to say, if this is how the theme is supposed to work, I would like a refund. The functionality on mobile browser is super important to my business, over 75% of my purchases are via mobile browser. Right now this is extremely hard for even me to use, let alone my target demographic.
It is possible that something has not been adjusted correctly on your side.
1. That happens because you didn't add Elated WooCommerce Dropdown Cart widget within Mobile Header Widget area (Appearance >> Widgets)
As you can see in the following screenshot, that works properly.
2. By default, on shop page when you tap to some product image, Add to Cart button will be appeared. Then if you tap on that button, View Cart button will be appeared, and as you can see in the following screenshot, that works just fine.
Also, note that we included WooCommerce plugin for our shop and we have not made any changes within default WooCommerce features.
Please try deleting your browser cache, or access your website from another browser/device to see if the problem persists.
