We've been using your template for quite some time and we love it in desktop form. But on mobile it isn't very responsive. Even on Google it says: "your website isn't mobile friendly" when we Google our own website.
For instance when we click on our menu and click on one of the categories it doesn't work. You really need to put effort in browsing our website on mobile. Of course this isn't very good as we want our website to be responsive.
Do you know how we can solve this issue?
Furthermore, we noticed we needed to update our visual composer, is this something that will be done when the template is updated?
1. We have just checked this on your site and it seems like everything works/looks just fine.
It is possible that something has not installed/imported or adjusted correctly on your side, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes some problem.
Do you have this issue when you access our demo site?
2. Visual Composer and Rev Slider come with our theme as bundled plugin via extended licence we have bought. More about it can be found in this article https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10866/ and also there is another useful link on Envato about bundled plugins in that article.
So, VC and Rev Slider will work fine for you, just ignore messages and warning about activation of it.
