    Hello,

    1. If your font awesome icons or custom fonts are not showing up in a certain browser (mainly Firefox or IE), then you have two solutions you can take.

    Solution:

    Create .htaccess file in the root folder on the same domain where fonts are hosted and add the following code into it:

    # Apache config
    <FilesMatch ".(eot|ttf|otf|woff)">
     Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </FilesMatch>

    Detailed Steps:

    So first you log in to your FTP server and find the root folder of your wordperss installation (you can see the ‘wp-admin’, ‘wp-content’ etc folders there)

    Create a new file, name it just ‘.htaccess’ (without quotes),

    Next select that .htaccess file and edit it. (or if you don’t see the edit option, copy this file to your local PC, edit it locally in a text editor, add the code I’ve shown below save the file) then move the file back to the ftp server into same location)

    Then, paste this code into that file, save the file and upload it back to your FTP server into the same folder.

    # Apache config
    <FilesMatch ".(eot|ttf|otf|woff)">
     Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </FilesMatch>

    Your icons should be working now.

    2. Please, update your theme to the latest version.

    You can upgrade our theme by performing following steps:

    1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)

    2. Extract it and locate findme.zip

    3. Extract findme.zip and locate findme folder

    4. Copy/Replace the content of findme folder to /wp-content/themes/findme folder of your web site.

    Using this method, none of existing content or settings will be lost.

    3. Just go to Listings >> Listing Categories >> and then upload desired icon for each category.

    4. I am sorry, I am not clear on what you try to achieve. Could you please be more specific about it. Maybe some screenshot can be helpful, as well.

    5. You need to translate your theme on your own. You can use WPML plugin for that. Also, note that theme labels can be changed or translated to your language with poedit software which is native wordpress way - following guide may be helpful http://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/translating-your-theme--wp-25014 (read from point 3) or any other plugin for translation such as Loco translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and here is beginners guide https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners

    However, it still does not solve 2 problems that your product has

    1. you say that we should support the extension locotranslate or wpml, we have tried to solve the problems that the template has as translation is not resolved the files that .po and .pot are not recognizing because when you enter this file you see the word to which he will translate.

    2. the internal search engine (attached image) does not work, for example this http://www.tuzona360.com/job-type/comida-y-bebida/, when searching through the keyword field nothing appears, no it works, none of the fields this is very worrying for us since the main functionality of your product is lost

    Realmente creemos que su producto es deficiente y antipático para el usuario. Una inversión aparentemente perdida. La documentación que ofrecen para realizar la instalación es deficiente. Debe hacer tutoriales en video explicando cómo administrar esta plantilla.

    We really think that your product is deficient and unfriendly to the user. An investment apparently lost. The documentation they offer to perform the installation is poor. You should make video tutorials explaining how to administer this template. We have installed your template in a new wordpress, importing all the demo content. we have tried to perform again some search by keyword in the lists for example of food and drink and the google map that accompanies this section does not show any results, it redirects the zone to some part of asia. A great loss this exercise.

    We are committed to a client and we can not comply because his template does not allow us to do what he promises and now we are in trouble because of that.

    We need you to give us an immediate solution to the errors of your product in a private message, we leave you the accesses of an installation that we made with just the installed template and the demo content imported for you to fix and help us.

    We would also like to know how to build a page with the search engine and the map, how to make a page like food and drink manually without depending on the import of demo content.

    Thank you for your attention

    Parameters that are sent in the ajax request (image 1 attachment)

    and we received 0 post (image 2 attachment)

    the query that we see

    "SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS  wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts  WHERE 1=1  AND (  0 = 1) AND (((wp_posts.post_title LIKE '{e67594913fe64b22b141f40a8ed2e3103fba5cb7d9fa240fbf1e79a201c612f6}movie{e67594913fe64b22b141f40a8ed2e3103fba5cb7d9fa240fbf1e79a201c612f6}') OR (wp_posts.post_excerpt LIKE '{e67594913fe64b22b141f40a8ed2e3103fba5cb7d9fa240fbf1e79a201c612f6}movie{e67594913fe64b22b141f40a8ed2e3103fba5cb7d9fa240fbf1e79a201c612f6}') OR (wp_posts.post_content LIKE '{e67594913fe64b22b141f40a8ed2e3103fba5cb7d9fa240fbf1e79a201c612f6}movie{e67594913fe64b22b141f40a8ed2e3103fba5cb7d9fa240fbf1e79a201c612f6}')))  AND wp_posts.post_type = 'job_listing' AND ((wp_posts.post_status = 'publish')) GROUP BY wp_posts.ID ORDER BY wp_posts.post_date DESC LIMIT 0, 10

    Hi there again,

    Issue here is that the project (google's project) is tied to some other client ID (some other google account):

    This error comes directly from google with instructions, please follow these and let me know how that goes.

    Hi there,

    I am having the same issue with the map. the map showed no results first.

    There are two places you've to add the Google Maps API, correct?

    1st under "listing settings"

    2nd under "Elated Options" > "General".

    I updated both fields with my new Google Maps API, but now it shows a total error of "Opps, something went wrong", with a grey map, not showing anything.

    Can you please help?
    Thanks
