I have a little issue with the visualization on Firefox browser. If you surf the site and try to go back to previous page, using the top left arrow in the browser, the page is white as you can see here attached.
This happens because some plugin have conflict with our ajax animation and because of that you need to reload page. You have two solutions to fix this issue, first is to disable our ajax animation globally in your admin under Elated Options -> Smooth Page Transitions -> No
. Second solution is to disable our ajax animation only for that page, to do that just go in your admin Pages -> That page -> Elated General -> Smooth Page transitions -> No.
The Elated Support Center has been moved to our centralized support platform.
