    Hello,

    All the custom colors I'm trying to change doesn't work in front end.
    Can you please help?

    None of the colors or size I'm changing in the dashboard is applied in front-end.

    Hello,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Seems like the reason why you're having this issue are low server resource settings.

    Could you please try to check / increase these (MASTER) values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M
    max_input_vars = 3000

    After you do this, you can try to make some changes under the Elated Option.

    If the problem persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials so we could inspect this and try to fix as soon as possible!

    We're waiting for your response, thanks!

    Hi there,

    We've tried logging in, but it seems this is not the admin account so we cannot really inspect or test the issue:

    Please provide admin credentials.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    You can try to add this css underneath in Elated Options >> General >> Custom CSS field:

    .widget.eltdf-separator-widget .eltdf-separator {
        border-color: red !important;
    } .eltdf-page-footer .eltdf-footer-bottom-holder span {
        background-color: #0b286c !important;
        border-style: solid;
        border-color: white !important;
        border-width: 1px;
        color:red
    } .eltdf-page-footer .eltdf-footer-bottom-holder span:hover {
        color:white
    }

    You can change this color thought shortcode settings

    Regarding the issue with Shop page >> Our theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce plugin but since you are experiencing this issue it seems that you are using latest WooCommerce version and our theme is not yet fully compatible with that version, but we are working on theme update to cover that compatibility.

    As a workaround until theme update is released you can either downgrade WooCommerce to previous version that our theme is compatible, which is 3.1.1 and you can download it from this link https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ at the bottom of the page https://www.screencast.com/t/NwYzL9jomvV or ask your server for site back-up version prior WooCommerce 3.2.5. update.

    The only thing I can suggest is to utilize the built-in developer tools in your browser to find the CSS of any element so you can then either edit it in the style.css file or add a copy of the CSS to the Custom CSS section of the Theme Options (Elated Options >> General >> Custom CSS field). For example, in Chrome if you right-click on any item in the site and click “Inspect element”, you can then see the HTML and CSS of that element.
