    We installed the theme and plugins without any problems, but the demo is inserted at 10% when we want to import.

    Could you help ?

    Hello,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Seems like the reason why you're having this issue are low server resource settings.

    Could you please try to increase these values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

    max_execution_time = 300 
memory_limit = 128M 
upload_max_filesize = 128M 
post_max_size = 256M 
max_input_vars = 3000

    After you do this, you can try to import the demo or just let us know and we will try to import the demo for you. We're waiting for your response, thanks!

    Also, note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop). 

    Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Elated Options >> Import) or native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.
