    When I upload the theme via Wordpress OR via FTP as soon as I hit 'activate' after it's finished uploading, it comes up with a screen 'are you sure you want to activate...' and when I click yes. It takes the site down and I have the white screen of death. I then have to go in and removed the theme from FTP to get the dashboard back up. What is going on?

    As you could see from here most likely you're experiencing issue with low resources, try to boost following values on your server:

    max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

    Just contact your hosting provider to do this for you and than try again with activation of our theme and plugins.
