As you can see in the screenshot from our previous reply, if you go to Elated Options >> Import >> and click on Import dropdown menu, you will get the list with all available demos .
As you can see in the screenshot above, Flow demo file include only Flow Original demo content, Flow 1 >> (Waterfall, Inline, Split, Slider), Flow 2 >> (Masonry, Creative) and Flow 3 (Wide), so (for instance) if you want to import Masonry demo content, you need to import Flow 2 file.
As we have already mentioned, you can go to this page >> http://flow.elated-themes.com/landing/ in order to see all demo sites and after that you can import desired demo with our One Click importer (Elated Options >> Import) or via XML file, there is no any difference.

I can't upload demo. I tried all the way i can. Check the thumbnails for my upload settings. Still can't import damn demo! Always stucking. Pls Help!
There is 4 option to import. Flow1-export.xml, flow2, etc. which one i gotta import? I wanna use "waterfall flow"
