It is possible that something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install. Download a fresh copy of the theme and install it. Before that please check the version of PHP that your server is using. Please make sure your server is using PHP version that is at least 5.5, but not 7.1, so between 5.5 and 7. Just contact your server hosting and let ask them to do this for you.
Anyhow, please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).
Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Elated Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.
If you import the demo via XML, note that you need to import Options and Widgets, after that in Elated Pitons >> Import
Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose desired homepage.
Please let us know if this solved the issue. If the problem persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials (in Private Reply) so we can take a closer look.
We're waiting for your response, thanks!

Hello,
I have solved the problem. The error was generated for a missing packet on my Linux VPS Cloud. I found the solutions on this thread: https://open.vanillaforums.com/discussion/22002/solved-fatal-error-class-domdocument-not-found-in-var-www-html-community-answers
The missing packet is the php-xml. If you think that is useful solution for your customer, post the solution. If you need any further information, please ask
Best regards,
Marco
