Unfortunately there is no way to edit it through theme options.
This one is hard coded.
So, there is an option to use Single Listing Bottom Area Widget:
And it will showup at the bottom of each listing:

Now, what you can try, you might require some coding experience.
1. Find this file: wp-content/plugins/eltd-listing/single/templates/sections/content-bottom.php
2. Copy it's content.
3. Find this file: wp-content/plugins/eltd-listing/single/templates/parts/booking.php
4. Erase all everything from booking.php, and paste the content from content-bottom.php
and it will appear here:
This is a workaround you can try. But other than that, some extensive coding might be required.
In order to get this area to showup (so you can replace it):
You need to enter any number into open table ID area
