We've bought one of the trackstore theme and we have problem with the slider revolutions in there. There is a cut off problem with height from top and bottom. We've made our slider image the same size as the original demo slider image size (1920 x1074) that they have there. But we see the height is cut off from top and bottom of the image and also the amount of cut off is different in different displays. I've even looked at the original demo and it has the same problem. I've attached one of the sliders original image and also two screen shots of the cut off problem for two different displays (Ver1 laptop, ver2 pc monitor). We would like to be able to see the complete image in its original format in any display we are using. As a good example of what we are looking for is a website called killspencer.com. This website has kind of the same format of the image we have in our sliders and as you can see in the image they don't have the cut off problem and you see the same image if you open the website in any different type of display. I've opened it on two displayed that I used to open trackstore demo and it didn't have any problem.
Please help me and let me know how we can solve the problem with trackstore slider revolution cut off ASAP. We need to have our website ready in about a week or so and I really need your help urgently. I really appreciate your help and time. Please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks for writing in! Since RevolutionSlider is a 3rd party plugin, regretfully, we have limited support for it that only covers its compatibility issues with our themes.
So any question related to transitions, responsiveness, animations or how the certain feature works, would be getting outside the support loop we can offer.
You may refer to Revolution Slider online documentation:
All required plugins goes with theme and when you download theme in theme root folder / plugins you can find all required plugins. You just need to install theme from Plugins > Add new - Upload plugin and activate and you can use it. Please note that bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. for theme punch slider revolution, do we have to buy the plugin from them after we bought the trackstore theme from you or it is already installed ?

All required plugins goes with theme and when you download theme in theme root folder / plugins you can find all required plugins. You just need to install theme from Plugins > Add new - Upload plugin and activate and you can use it.
