It seems you've been manually editing the page, it's part of a Visual Composer shortcode.
If you still cannot find the part of the code on the page itself. You need to delete everything from the page (or delete whole page and create new one).
Then only use "ADD ELEMENT" from Visual Composer to add items to a page.
