yesterday you updated a few things in the main theme as well as new versions of the plugins. I could update the theme folder, but what about the plugins? I could not find them in the download folder with themeforest.

I found the solution, it is directly in the main theme itself, great, thank you!
Just go to "theme", on the top it will say again "update plugin" or "activate plugin"!
