I am making theme settings again in the New added page and the article. How can ı change the default settings? For example; whenever ı add a new post, ı close show comments section. I want to change the default setting of the fields in the image ı send.

Please note that you can set mostly all these options globally through Elated Options
but as you can see in the following screenshot, some default WP settings, like enable/disable comments, you can change using Bulk Actions in Pages
* Also note that Individual settings are overriding global settings.
