We can not find, where in your theme it is possible to change the type/name of the the search category (e.g. we want to change "keywords" to "duration", etc.)
We need to change the type of entry: e.g. <input> to <select>. We need such sequence of entry types: <select> <select> <select>, and now is <input> <select> <select>.
Achieving this will require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.

You need to use a label translation manager like Loco Translate plugin.
Or if you are familiar with POEdit software, you can do it that way also.
