The demo import is taking hours together. Whole day and it's still not done, just at 50%. Every other theme that i have purchased it's been just a few seconds. Kindly help out!!!!
How I can update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin…the update requires a license/key, but I purchased it as a part of your theme and don’t have an individual license? Can you help?
Somehow the demo import got done now, took almost 9 hours. Now i cannot login or register as an user.It says "You don't have permission to register "

Please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).
Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Elated Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.
If you import the demo via XML, note that you need to import Options and Widgets, after that in Elated Options >> Import
Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose desired homepage.
Before that, please check your server resource settings. Check/increase these values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.
After you do this, you can try to import the demo or just let us know and we will try to import the demo for you.
Also, note that when importing a demo onto your site RevSlider slideshow has to be imported separately. To import a RevSlider slideshow from one of our demos please go to your WordPress admin panel Slider Revolution -> Import. Search for some-home-slider-X.zip located in the file you downloaded from Theme Forest / xml export folder and import that demo’s slideshow.
Regarding to Visual Composer (WP Bakery PB) plugin, just install the latest version of Visual Composer (WP Bakery) plugin.
You'll need to delete the old version and then navigate to Dashboard > Plugins > Install New and upload new one.
Visual Composer and Rev Slider come with our theme as bundled plugin via extended licence we have bought. More about it can be found in this article https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10866/ and also there is another useful link on Envato about bundled plugins in that article.
So, VC and Rev Slider will work fine for you, just ignore messages and warning about activation of it.

as right now once we check your nav on mobile we cant open the dropdown menu at all. You can also procide us with your Wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
2. The problem your having is related to cross origin issue and it has to be solved on your side. Here is the instruction inside the link for you to fix it that works for all browsers:
It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.
Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a temporary admin login (in Private Reply) and URL to your site and I’ll take a look.

1. We have just checked this on your website and as you can see in the following screenshot it seems like everything works/looks just fine, excluding login widget (there is no enough room on smaller screens for all items within the mobile menu area)
You can try to add this css underneath in Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS field:
3. & 5. As we have already mentioned, there are a lot icons within your mobile menu area, and on some smaller screens there is no enough space all these items. Try to remove some of that for mobile view.
4. Our theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce plugin and you should get shop page like in our demo site http://trackstore.elated-themes.com/product/sports-equipment/ But since you are experiencing this issue it seems that you are using latest WooCommerce version and our theme is not yet fully compatible with that version, but we are working on theme update to cover that compatibility.
Not working the hamburg menu is becoming a big issue on iOS only help me get out of this as a lot of my users are of apple ecosystem. Tried all the fixes u suggested.
Glad the fix worked for the menu. It's the apple actually that changed something on their mobile browser that is causing all these issues. But for now this is the only workaround we have.
As the login widget, not sure if you are still having issues with it.
But in general when creating a ticket, please include these:
1. URL with element that has the issue
2. Screenshot with element highlighted
3. Explanation of the issue
