Translation of WordPress theme labels is naively handled by poedit software and if translation is correct translated labels will appear when Wordpress is configured to that language. Basically you need to create translation file for your language and to translate theme labels. Use poedit software https://poedit.net/, load translation file from theme folder / languages, translate it, and name it according to WP Codex https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/
Note that if some label were not translated, maybe it labels are within core plugin, so you will also need to create translation for the plugin. For example MAIN LIST label is custom post type and it is created through core plugin so you have to translate it there.
Note that back end labels are not registered and you cannot translate them.
If you want to translate theme labels with Loco translate since you are using this plugin, please follow this easy step and you should be able to achieve that https://www.screencast.com/t/YawhDDx2TTRo
Go to Loco Translate -> Themes ->Voyage-> Chinese-> Edit and there you will search and find all string which are translatable so you can translate them very ease. For more information regarding translation by using Loco translate, please check plugin documentation and if you need additional assistance you can contact plugin author since they are more familiar with their own plugin, and since it is 3rd party plugin we are not in position to provide support for it.
As for multi language translation we can recommend WPML plugin which is tested and compatible with our theme.

For string translation you can take a closer look at WPML docummentation as guidance https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/
By following the instructions you will be able to locate this and translate it as well.
