It is disabled by default because some custom Visual Composer elements developed by our side contain some advanced java script functionality and some elements will not be displayed when added over front end editor until page is refreshed, and that is only drawback. In order to enable front end VC, edit wp-content\themes\vino\framework\modules\visualcomposer\visual-composer-config.php , and remove or comment out following code
2. This is just a warning regarding slightly incompatibility between two WooCommerce files and theme template and it will not cause any issue with theme and shop functionality on your side. Your shop will work fine without any issue, so you can ignore this warning in the back-end.
Our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we are releasing them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon. We delay with theme update because woocommerce developers still change files, today is 3.3.3 version. We have update theme files to be compatible with woocoomerce version 3.1.x, but in the meantime newer version got released, but no changes in functionality were released so you should not worry regarding this warning.

I don't have an FTP account either so don't know where to find wp-contentthemesvinoframeworkmodulesvisualcomposervisual-composer-config.php
Please provide screenshots of step by steps. The information in the documentation about updating vino theme is also not very clear
You can change that very easy, but you need to login to your FTP account before that. Then just go to wp-content\themes\vino\framework\modules\visualcomposer\ and then download visual-composer-config.php file. Then navigate to this line of code and just remove / comment out it.
That would be all.
But you need to have FTP credentials in order to access your FTP. Please contact your hosting provider about that and they will be able to help you with that.
