I'd like to modify the background color, text color, text hover color, text size, etc. on the dropdown menu on my site. The only main navigation selection that has a dropdown is Our Menus. The real issue is when the menu is in sticky mode as you'll see the background is black but the text is now blue and very hard to see. I looked through all the Elated Options but didn't see how to change the styling for the dropdown menus.

You can try to use this custom css for that.
Try to add this css underneath in Elated Options >> General >> Custom CSS field:

padding: 0;
}
