1. Setting a background image to my page (so the whole page appears to have one background, no white box overlayed, menu with transparent header and footer) does not work. I uploaded my image but it doesn't cover the whole page, it just looks weird. And the text appears in white containers, which I do not want, I want it to be transparent. I want it to look exactly like the 404 error page. How can I make it work? *see attached image
2. I can’t find where I can customize de social media icons. Speciffically, the pattern behind it. Where can I change the pattern?
It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly. Please note that you need to set some Background color (for desired Menu area) and then Transparency to 0 in Elated Header Page Settings (when you go to alter some page) in order to have transparent header.
If the problem persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials so we can take a closer look.
2. Just go to Elated Options >> Social Networks
You can disable that background in Elated Options >> Footer >> Predefined Style >> No
The Elated Support Center has been moved to our centralized support platform.
