Hi, I have problems with the filter to order, it does not work. When selecting any filter option for orders, a light blue box is displayed on the map. And it does not perform the action of orders, it does not show any listing. How can I solve this problem?
It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.
Please make sure that you've installed the latest version of the theme and required plugins. And make sure that you've added correct Google maps api key in Elated Options >> General and in Listings >> Settings as well.
Also, note that you need to enable Listing Categories in Listings >> settings, before you run import the demo.
If that doesn't resolved this issue, try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a temporary admin login (in Private Reply) and URL to your site and I’ll take a look.
