This is not related to Logo, but I cant open another ticket as your system does not allow it for the theme APRIL.
But, in this page created from scratch the menu does not display (all you get is the portfolio selector at the top right) and you get the FOOTER and FOOTER WIDGETS. How do you get the menu in this page and hide the portfolio selector?
In this page and PORTFOLIO and ABOUT ME that where created by the demo, you CANNOT see the MENU and the FOOTER and FOOTER WIDGETS as in this IMAGE. How to you make the footer and widgets appear in this page.
1. You can try to add this css underneath in Elated Options >> General >> Custom CSS field:
@media only screen and (min-width:1025px) { .eltd-page-header .eltd-menu-area .eltd-logo-wrapper a { height: 35px !important; } }
2. Please note that you can set Header Type globally in Elate Options >> Header or for some specific page only in Elated Header page settings. You can go to alter that page and then please make sure that you've set some desired Header Type.
Before that, you need to create some menus and then go to Menus >> Manage Locations and then assign some desired menu for proper menu navigation.
Regarding the footer area, please check this option in Elated Footer page settings
If the problem persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials (in Private Reply) so we could inspect this and try to fix as soon as possible!

Hello support; I reopened this ticket because I am unable to create a new one, as the April theme option does not display in the selector (strange).
In this page the first category BAILARINAS is working fine on click the link takes you to the portfolio item. Using ELATED PORTFOLIO LIST widget with settings “Open portfolio single page on click”.
Nevertheless, the second category NATURALEZA using ELATED PORTFOLIO LIST widget with settings “Open gallery in Pretty Photo on click” is not working. On mouseover there is no cursor (hand) and no link.
Please fix this. I will give you access credentials in private post.
It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.
Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

I disabled all the plugins except the ones related to ELATED theme.
Same behavior; not even the cursor hand appears.
In addition, the js console does not detect any js conflict.
