I Understand that in the options I can still define size: "thumnail, small, original, ..." But I dont' want to upload 6Mb pictures if it is not woth it, or it may slow down the page.

About me:
1. About me picture is also like Portfolio images, 800x800 and 96x96 dpi
2. Lower gallery is actually instagram wigdet, so that is the pictures from instagram account. https://www.screencast.com/t/hi7GSLi5
