Good morning and Happy Easter! I would like to ask you: if is it possible to insert a borderland page (from other demo theme) like this link under in my theme? and if yes how can I do? thank you
You can't import two or more demos one after another. Only one demo can exist. If you are planning to import another demo first you have to clear previous demo version. You can clear it with plugin WordPress Database Reset https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ (please note that it will clear all WP content, like you just installed fresh copy of wordpress). If you are using multisite, please use this plugin carefully because it can reset all network installations.
After that you can import new demo.
In case that you don't want to clear existing demo, it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/setting-up-xampp/
