We are not quite sure what you try to achieve. Could you please be more specific about this issue? Maybe some screenshot can be helpful, as well.

You can go to alter some page and then add Portfolio List shortcode >> set Portfolio List Template to Masonry
If you want to have something like this >> http://nightshade.elated-themes.com/horizontal-gallery/ please note that unfortunately, that shortcode is not included in this theme.
