Hell, how can I have a standard header that simply is not shown when scrolling down? The only options available in the theme are: Fix on scroll, Sticky on scroll up & Sticky on scroll up and down. None of them are the one I need.

Thanks for writing in.
That option just doesn't exist in our theme.
I suggest you set it to Sticky on scroll up and then through CSS just set it to display: none.
If you are not familiar with CSS, you can set it to sticky and then we will take a look at your website and provide a CSS for you.
