Im just setting up my menu and pages and selected from the demo pages. When I go to the live pages they display as the shortcode or html code and not as they should.
I haven't figured this out. I'm just creating pages using builder.
It would be nice to utilize the layouts from the theme but I'm unable to because of the shortcode stuff I'm seeing.
I'm attaching a screen shot.
Is this occurring when I import the demo information or am I missing something prior to importing? Many, many pages look like this. We paid good money we earned to purchase a theme that you spent lots of time making look really nice for the consumers. Can you please explain what I can do to view these pages correctly and utilize the theme to its fullest potential?

I have bought and installed WPBakery plugin... Still not working :(
Now pictures kind of show but not properly and the text is still HTML... see screenshot of what it looks like and what it should look like...

You should try navigating to Plugins and clicking Activate .
In case this doesn't help please submit individual private tickets with login credentials and site url, so we can take a closer look?
